1. 1. Go to our pricing page  to calculate the price of the inspection. This pricing tool is only as accurate as the data entered.
   2. Schedule your inspection online. Once we approve the appointment, we will send you a confirmation. Or call the inspector at 210-696-1104 to schedule.
   3. You will receive an inspection information form which can be filled out online.
   4. Once the form has been submitted and reviewed, you will receive an inspection agreement that can be filled out online and an invoice with a prepay discount. The payment can be made online and must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the inspection to receive the discount.
   5. Print this page, bring it with you to the inspection, and present it to the inspector.
   6. The $20 rebate will be submitted to your card the same day as the inspection.

The Fine Print
The coupon expires on October 15, 2025 and must be used by that date. Coupon must be submitted in person at the inspection. Inspection fee must be prepaid. The rebate will be credited to your credit/debit card within 2 to 5 business days after the completion of the inspection. Appointments are subject to availability. This coupon has no cash value.
